4. AI Processing
Your queries are processed by Azure OpenAI Service (GPT-4o) with our RAG system. Microsoft's data handling policies for Azure OpenAI apply.
5. Data Storage and Security
- All data transmission encrypted via HTTPS/TLS
- Azure Managed Identity for service authentication
- Data processed in Azure West US 3 region
- No persistent storage of conversation content

6. Data Sharing
We share data only with:

During the pilot phase, you may:
- Request information about data collected from your sessions
- Request deletion of your session data
- Opt out of the pilot program at any time

The pilot version:
